I am a professional Chef, originating from Ontario, Canada. I feel it was important for me to create a site dedicated to my professional life, that I hope will evolve & grow in time; as I do.
The site, I hope... will provide you with information about my life experiences as they happen. Where I started; & how I've progressed. I have worked for more than 30 years in this industry & my passion for food and cuisine has never stopped growing & refining itself. Curiosity & the desire to push the boundaries, have always been part of my main engines to discover and create with food.
This site will eventually include my biographies, work history, menus, photos, recipes & contact info.
